Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired to explore their musical passions. Help them find the perfect gear to bring their sound to life.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets with flair! Upsell and cross-sell like a pro by connecting customers with the perfect instruments and accessories.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting-edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.
- Customer Relationship Building: Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Be the go-to in the local music community.
- Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
- Store Support and Operations: Guide and mentor team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member, you’ll open and close the store as needed.
Requirements

- Sales Success: Proven track record in sales, with a knack for exceeding targets.
