About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at Guitar Center. If you’re passionate about music and love helping people find their perfect instrument, we want you on our stage.

Pay

$17.13/hr – $25.70/hr plus commission depending on background and experience. Pay ranges may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their musical needs to recommend the perfect instruments and gear.
• Hit sales targets with a competitive mindset, upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer setups.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the latest trends and features to guide informed decisions.
• Build lasting customer relationships and become a trusted local music resource.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing with merchandising and store maintenance.
• Approach challenges with a growth mindset, embracing feedback and seeking solutions.
