GC Final Assembler A (Builder) 1st shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling
• Execute schedule requirements and promote safety in manufacturing procedures
• Make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices
• Use equipment, including impact guns, pop-rivet guns and other related equipment
• Pull parts for next order, set up sheetmetal, install fins and lace tubes per the drawing

Required Education & Qualifications

• Able to make mathematic calculations, comprehend decimals and read blue prints
• Able to correct tool wear and report issues
• Able to read blue prints
• Able to make basic adjustments to equipment required to keep process in control
• Requires lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Majority of position requires standing and walking, but bending and stooping are required
• This position requires multi-tasking to keep things progressing
• This position requires mental and visual alertness and self-motivation
• Able to work any hours required
• Able to assist in personnel training as required
