GC Final Assembler A (Builder) 1st shift
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling
- Execute schedule requirements and promote safety in manufacturing procedures
- Make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices
- Use equipment, including impact guns, pop-rivet guns and other related equipment
- Pull parts for next order, set up sheetmetal, install fins and lace tubes per the drawing
Required Education & Qualifications
- Able to make mathematic calculations, comprehend decimals and read blue prints
- Able to correct tool wear and report issues
- Able to read blue prints
- Able to make basic adjustments to equipment required to keep process in control
- Requires lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs.
- Majority of position requires standing and walking, but bending and stooping are required
- This position requires multi-tasking to keep things progressing
- This position requires mental and visual alertness and self-motivation
- Able to work any hours required
- Able to assist in personnel training as required
