GBU FP&A Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst Finance Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial accountability and profitability by collaborating closely with various business partners within the Global Business Unit and across DS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive financial accountability and profitability across the various business units.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly financial analysis and planning reports, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Provides support for monthly and quarterly business reviews to the GBU leadership teams.
• Led the annual budgeting process for the respective area(s), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Drives financial analysis for major new product development projects.
• Drafts comprehensive business plans, incorporating financial forecasts and performance metrics.
• Conducts ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support decision-making processes.
• Ensures accurate financial statements by collaborating with different stakeholders and monitoring expenses.
• Builds sufficient reporting leveraging self-service tools to improve visibility of key metrics (e.g. new product sales, operational expenses) to various stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• MBA is a plus but not required
