About the role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Hustle & Fox, a creative consultancy co-founded in 2015 by Gayle, a Business and Brand Creative Consultant. This role involves collaborating with startups, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and established household brands across a diverse range of projects, including product design, business management, branding, marketing, PR, social media, and event curation.
Gayle is deeply passionate about fostering connections between people and brands, with a particular focus on empowering female founders to build confidence in themselves and their businesses. This role offers the opportunity to work within an extensive network, contributing to the growth and success of innovative ventures.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on product design and business management initiatives.
- Develop and execute branding, marketing, and PR strategies.
- Manage social media campaigns and curate events.
- Leverage an extensive professional network to connect people and brands.
- Support and mentor female founders in building confidence and scaling their businesses.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in product design, branding, marketing, PR, or a related creative field.
- Proven track record of working with startups, small businesses, or entrepreneurs.
- Strong network-building and relationship management skills.
- Passion for empowering female founders and supporting business growth.
- Featured work or campaigns in notable platforms (e.g., Xero, Badoo, Nationwide, Peanut, Always, and others) is a plus.
