Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company for Leisure World of Maryland, is a private, age-restricted community comprised of 29 community associations representing over 5,600 homes and extensive Trust operations, located in Silver Spring, Maryland.
About the role
Immediate openings for Gate Guards to work the 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift. The schedule includes weekends and is subject to change based on operational needs. New hires will train on a variety of shifts, including a midnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Employees will continuously work on a variety of shifts, and all schedules are subject to change based on operational need.

- Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred but not necessary.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable using Microsoft Office and Excel or comparable software.

Pay
$20.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday-Sunday, including weekends. Must be available to work 2pm - 10pm.
