Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license
Previous customer service experience required
Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills
Able to stand and walk for up to two hours at a time
Able to write clear, detailed incident reports

Job Duties

  • Perform gate access control duties, including checking vehicles in and out
  • Scan IDs and VINs
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors
  • Maintain a professional presence while interacting with visitors and drivers
  • Document and report incidents occurring on the property

Job Requirements

  • Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain
  • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard

  • Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel
