Compensation and Benefits

Employees (and their families) who work full time (defined as working 30 or more hours per week) will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance. In addition, a 401(k) plan that provides maximum employer contributions for MDs. Employed MDs receive 5 weeks of annual vacation time. This salaried position has a compensation range of $475,000 - $550,000.
