About the role
This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support to fill a current need, with an ASAP start date. The position is in a hospital practice setting using Cerner EMR, with credentialing expected in 30‑60 days.
Responsibilities
- Perform ERCP (Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) procedures
- Handle standard gastroenterology cases
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Current Michigan medical license
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Skills
- Proficiency with Cerner Electronic Medical Record
- Expertise in ERCP and standard gastroenterology procedures
