Pay

• Base salary: $750,000
• Sign‑on bonus: $75,000
• Quarterly incentive bonus available
• Pay range listed: $650,000 – $750,000

Schedule

• 7 on / 7 off schedule
• 1:5 call rotation, taken weekly
