About the role
Seeking a board-certified gastroenterologist with an active AZ license or IMLC and DEA to provide 24-hour call coverage.
The role involves performing colonoscopies and EGDs, including with banding, dilation, and ERCP procedures, and managing a patient volume of 8–12 patients daily with an average of 6 scheduled cases per day. Support is provided by a GI advanced practice provider.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality gastroenterological care during scheduled shifts
- Perform necessary procedures
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications and skills
- Board certification in gastroenterology
- Active state license or IMLC, DEA registration
- Ability to work flexible, 24-hour on-call shifts
