Role Overview Seeking a physician leader to serve as Core Faculty in a Gastroenterology Residency program, contributing to medical education, resident supervision, and clinical care. Key Responsibilities Mentor and role model for future physicians, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and commitment to excellence.Supervise residents appropriately, promoting patient safety and progressive independence.Foster an effective, supportive learning environment and prioritize resident well-being.Engage in organized educational activities such as didactics, rounds, and conferences.Develop teaching, mentoring, and administrative skills annually, supporting curriculum development and resident assessment.Participate in research and scholarship, with opportunities to collaborate with academic institutions.Contribute to program and division goals, shaping medical education practices. Qualifications & Skills Board certification in the relevant specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties.Florida medical license and clinical credentialing.Experience or interest in medical education, research, and scholarly activities.Candidates with recent graduation and academic exposure are encouraged to apply.
