About the role

Established multi‑specialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join their team. The position includes outpatient office work, inpatient rounds at a single affiliated hospital, and use of the group’s own outpatient GI endoscopy suite, with ample APP and office staff support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient gastroenterology care
• Perform inpatient rounds at the affiliated hospital
• Utilize the group’s outpatient GI endoscopy suite for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and office staff
• Participate in the call schedule as outlined below

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Pay

Salary range $500,000–$550,000, negotiable based on training, experience, and skill set; guaranteed base for the first 3 years with no upper limit; productivity‑based compensation.

Schedule

Call structure: Hospital consult weeks and weekend call (inpatient & outpatient) are shared 1:12 with another local GI group; weeknight call is rotated 1:5 within the group; call is described as mild.
