About the role

Private, well‑established group seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join a high‑volume, full‑scope practice. The group consists of 4 board‑certified gastroenterologists and 7 APPs, covering two hospitals in an 8‑county area and is the only GI group in the region. Located an hour from Atlanta, 90 minutes from Columbus and Birmingham, and 2½ hours from Chattanooga, with an international airport less than an hour away.

Responsibilities

• See approximately 20 patients per day in clinic.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology care across two hospitals.
• Participate in call schedule 1:5.
• Utilize EPIC EMR in both clinic and hospital settings.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Completion of an accredited gastroenterology fellowship.
• No visa sponsorship available (candidates must be authorized to work in the US).

Skills

• ERCP and/or EUS training is welcome but not required.

Benefits

• $50,000 sign‑on bonus.

Pay

• Base salary of $550,000.
• All providers earn in excess of the 95th percentile MGMA compensation.
