Gastroenterologist Position Available

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Physician - Gastroenterologist to provide specialized healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient history assessments, physical examinations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver quality patient care in accordance with current gastroenterology standards, including endoscopy procedures.
• Manage patient care, including consultations and emergency responses, with a focus on safety and effectiveness.
• Contribute to educational activities by teaching fellows, residents, and medical students, including planning, monitoring, and evaluating educational programs.
• Perform inpatient consultations and endoscopy procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and research activities, with opportunities for publication.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Skilled in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care and identify patient needs.
• Strong teaching, monitoring, and coordination abilities for educational responsibilities.
• Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.

Schedule

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no on-call responsibilities. Alternative work schedules, including part-time appointments, may be available.
