GASTROENTEROLOGIST OUTPATIENT CLINIC - PHYSICIAN
Description
The position is a Gastroenterologist at the outpatient clinic operated by SGMC Health. SGMC Health serves South Georgia and North Florida through its four hospitals, ambulance services, medical office network, cancer center, hospice facility, retirement center, skilled nursing facility, imaging centers, and urgent cares. It offers a wide range of services including heart and vascular, stroke, trauma, cancer, orthopedics, surgery, and women and infants.
Qualifications
- Board eligible/certified in Gastroenterology
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within an inter-disciplinary team and with referring physicians
- Passionate about quality, service excellence, safety, process improvement, program development, and team building
- Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record is a significant plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to create a positive and productive environment that promotes collegiality and innovation
