Responsibilities
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
- Perform endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures
- Examine patients in clinic, hospital rounds and perform surgical procedures as needed
- Consult with patient's primary care physician and other specialists

Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Board Certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
Compensation
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $371,000 - $735,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
