Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $600,000 Base Salary, relocation, $50K Sign On Bonus, comprehensive benefits
• All physicians producing at the 75% RVU’s
• Partnership offered at 2 years
• $2 buy in + additional incentive per RVU in perpetuity
