About the role
Baystate Health is a not‑for‑profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts that includes an academic medical center, three community hospitals, and the region’s largest multispecialty group. The flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School‑Baystate. We are seeking a Gastroenterologist at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA. The Division of Gastroenterology comprises 14 gastroenterologists, 1 advanced endoscopist fellow, and 10 APPs across our academic medical center and community hospitals. Currently, 2 gastroenterologists and 2 physician assistants are onsite in Greenfield. The position includes a faculty appointment to UMass Chan Medical School‑Baystate, with opportunities to teach Family Medicine residents and participate in academic programs, conferences, and lectures.
Qualifications
- ABMS board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology
Pay
Base salary range: $530,000 – $650,000 (annualized). Compensation includes incentive bonuses.

Schedule
On‑call rotation: 1:6 weekends.
