Gastroenterologist - Full-Time Position

About the role

We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist for inpatient coverage on a 24-hour shift basis. The role involves providing comprehensive inpatient care, including hospital rounding, emergency department consultations, and performing general gastroenterology procedures such as ERCP.

Responsibilities

• Manage adult patient cases in an inpatient setting
• Maintain continuous availability for call coverage
• Perform hospital rounding and emergency department consultations
• Conduct general gastroenterology procedures, including ERCP
• Coordinate seamlessly with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support the hospital’s gastroenterology services during the assignment

Requirements

• Board-certified Gastroenterologist
• Active Georgia medical license
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a hospital setting
