About the role
To provide medical expertise to support patients in living the healthiest lives possible.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- Practice at Utah Valley Hospital location.
- Have a call schedule of 1:5 with additional call pay for extra shifts and opportunity for a 4-day work week.
- Teach medical students, residents, and lead in developing new academic programs.
- Lead in building your GI practice.
- Receive a starting base salary of $620,000 annually with production incentives, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 relocation assistance, student loan repayment, and a $1,500 monthly training stipend.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency training in Internal Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology.
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.

- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
