Responsibilities

• Work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
• Part of an employed Medical Group Gastroenterology practice serving Washington County.
• Primary practice location at Redrock Digestive Health Clinic in St. George, UT with privileges at St. George Regional Hospital.
• Support Cedar City's patient population 2-4 days per month.
• Share hospital call with a group of eight gastroenterologists.
• Opportunity for a (4) or (5) day work week with a mix of clinic, endoscopy, and hospital service.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• ACGME Residency training in Internal Medicine & Fellowship training in Gastroenterology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology.
• ERCP is welcomed but not required for this position.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• DEA and BLS.

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
