Gastroenterologist

About the role

You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will be a part of an employed Medical Group Gastroenterology. We have a strong community need for increased access to GI and Endoscopy care and we have a team-based GI clinic/hospital practice model with physician, APP, and nurse teamwork across our clinic and endoscopy locations. We will help support you in building your GI practice.

Responsibilities

• Practice at McKay Dee Gastroenterology Group in Ogden, UT and Layton Gastroenterology with privileges at McKay Dee Hospital & Layton Hospital
• See on average 16 – 22 patients per day in clinic
• Work a call schedule of 1:5, taken at our McKay Dee Hospital and Layton Hospital

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training in Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology
• ERCP is welcomed but not required for this position

Qualifications

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Pay

$620,000/annually with production incentives, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 relocation assistance based on distance
