Responsibilities

• Practice at the Jerry & Kathleen Grundhofer Clinic in Park City, UT and the Heber Valley Specialty Clinic in Heber, UT
• Privileges at Park City Hospital and Heber Valley Hospital
• Opportunities to provide service at other Intermountain Health locations based on interest and community need
• Enjoy a balanced practice mix of clinic and endoscopy, with the opportunity for a 4-day work week
• Call is shared across the group, with an anticipated 7–10 light call days per month and additional call compensation after the 6th call shift in a month

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ACGME Residency training in Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS and active DEA, required
• ERCP is a plus but not required for this role

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

• Competitive starting base salary of $620,000 annually, with production incentives, up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance based on distance, student loan repayment support, and a $1,500 monthly training stipend when applicable
