About the role

You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will be an employed Medical Group Gastroenterologist within a large non-profit health system.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and excellent patient experience.
• Practice at our Avenues Specialty Clinic in Salt Lake City, UT with privileges at LDS Hospital.
• Benefit from a strong referral base and support in building your GI practice.
• Practice in a team-based GI practice model with physicians, APP support, and nurse teamwork across clinic and endoscopy locations.
• Receive a starting base salary of $620,000 annually with production incentives, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 relocation assistance based on distance, student loan repayment, and a $1,500 monthly training stipend.
• Have the opportunity for a mix of clinic and endoscopy services with the potential for a (4) day work week.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology.
• ERCP is welcomed but not required for this position.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99
