Job Details
As our Gastroenterologist, you will join a leading physician-facing organization dedicated to providing high-value, top-quality gastroenterological care accessible to diverse communities.
- Delivers High-Quality Patient Care and Documentation: Physicians provide superior ambulatory care, conducting examinations, services, and maintaining meticulous medical records in accordance with all policies, including those for managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Adheres to Regulatory and Ethical Standards: Physicians strictly comply with all federal and state reimbursement plans, the ethical and religious directives of sponsoring entities, and the Hospital's comprehensive policies, procedures, and medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
- Engages in Quality Improvement and Peer Review: Physicians actively participate in clinical and quality improvement initiatives, contribute to physician peer review, utilization review, and serve on medical staff committees as assigned to enhance overall service delivery.
- Contributes to Operational Excellence and Professional Growth: Physicians advise on operational matters, including personnel, business oversight, and equipment evaluation, while maintaining professional competence through continuous medical education and board certification, staying abreast of the latest medical developments.
Job Requirements
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Completion of an accredited Residency Program
- Completion of an accredited GasteroenterolgyFellowship Program
- Valid North Dakota medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of North Dakota
- North Dakota DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
