About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and responding to technical issues promptly.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and network administration.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Good understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.
