Gas Station Cashier

About the role

This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude. This entry level team member position will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customers with a smile and maybe a joke if you’re feeling bold
• Keep the store running by stocking shelves, tidying up, and making the place shine
• Handle transactions accurately (your future self will thank you)
• Support customers with questions, pump issues, or snack recommendations

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or older — no exceptions
• Flexible availability — mornings, nights, weekends, holidays… our schedule rotates, and we need someone who can roll with it
• Great attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Team player energy — we’re small but mighty

Qualifications

• You are detail-oriented and organized
• Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary
• You are process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis

Pay

The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location. Starting between $15.25 - $16.98.

Schedule

Our schedule rotates, and we need someone who can roll with it.
