Around the Role

We are seeking a young junior leader as a Team Leader (2-3 employees) for our Grounds Maintenance and GaLa-Bau department. The ideal candidate should have a vocational training in GaLa-Bau, but also other relevant fields, with a passion and commitment to their profession, and willingness to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 2-3 employees
• Maintaining high standards of work quality and safety
• Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring timely completion
• Providing guidance and support to team members
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise GaLa-Bau, aber auch andere Fachrichtungen
• Liebe und Engagement für den Beruf
• Bereitschaft, neue Tätigkeiten zu erlernen

Qualifications

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Basic knowledge of landscaping and construction techniques
