About the role

Individuals assigned to the Gardener position are responsible for providing ongoing landscape maintenance for the Disneyland® Resort properties and completing work in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and routine landscape maintenance including, but not limited to soil and planter preparation, planting, spent-flower removal, pruning, monitoring general plant health and proper irrigation
  • Attend an annual Hearing Conservation Training class
  • Submit to an annual audiometric exam

Qualifications

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off

Additional Information

Those assigned to the Gardener position are required to attend an annual Hearing Conservation Training class. They are also required to submit to an annual audiometric exam.

Pay

The pay rate for this role in California is $28.13 to $35.34 per hour, which follows the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Schedule

Individuals assigned to the Gardener position are required to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off.
