Garden Property Account Manager

About the role

The Pattie Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Garden Property Account Manager to oversee a $500,000 - $800,000 book of residential landscape management accounts. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, garden & property management, directing and interacting with 2-3 landscape management crews.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management
• Garden & property management
• Direction & interaction with 2-3 landscape management crews
• Estimating, contract renewal processes, additional service suggestions & up-sells
• Management, leadership and mentoring of foremen and other team members
• Collaboration and communication with other sales representatives, designers, Nursery Manager, and clients

Requirements

• Extensive landscape & garden management experience
• Experience with job P&L’s, route planning and execution
• A degree in horticulture is a plus
• State or National Certifications such as OCNT & NALP are highly regarded
