About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Full-Time Sales Team Lead is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalized service, helping to build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with customers. You are an integral part of the success of your store.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high attention to detail and service.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.

Skills
