About the role

This is hands-on mechanical work in hot garages, not a sales job with some lifting. You'll diagnose problems, fix them yourself, then talk to the homeowner like a pro they trust. We want someone who puts people first: down-to-earth, dependable, easy to talk to, plus a strong work ethic and the grit to do physical work daily. We'll teach you to sell.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and fix them yourself
• Talk to homeowners like a trusted professional
• Repair and install springs, cables, rollers, openers, and motors
• Lift 75+ lbs., bend, kneel, climb ladders
• Work in extreme temperature garages (100°F and freezing)
• Perform hands‑on work from the first job to the last
• Sell services — no sale means no repair, no paycheck
• Earn commission‑based income; build homeowner trust to close sales

Requirements

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in extreme temperatures regularly
• Some hands‑on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, hospitality, DIY, etc.)
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)
• Basic tech comfort with apps and tablets; reading/math for measurements and payments
• No sales experience required — we’ll teach that

Pay

Compensation range: $60K – $90K (uncapped commission‑based earnings).

Schedule

Shifts may be scheduled from 6AM–4PM, 8:30AM–6:30PM, or 11AM–9PM, with assignments based on performance and seniority. The facility is open seven days a week, requiring flexibility, including weekends.
