Your Responsibilities

• Repair and install garage door parts and equipment on-site at our customer's location.
• Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, replace worn or broken door parts, install new equipment including doors, and replace springs.
• Educate the customer about their options to repair the issue and prevent future ones.
• Collect payment from the customer after the work is done.
• Manage inventory in your vehicle to properly sell the job and service the equipment.

Requirements for the Door Installer Role

• Must have mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and work in various conditions (heat, cold, inside/outside garages).
• Must have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues.
• Must be reliable and able to serve our customers following our process.
• Basic position requirements include having knowledge experience in the garage door industry (preferred but not required), being able to use a computer/tablet, and using hand tools/mechanical equipment.

Pay and Benefits

• During your 90-day training period, you will receive a base pay of $XX.XX per hour.
• After training, you will receive hourly rate on the work you complete.
