About The Role
As an Installer, you’ll help transform customers’ homes by creating organization, beauty, and joy in every project. You’ll receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to grow your skills, with a path to advancing to a full Installer role. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll assist in delivering flawless installations that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (not garage door installation, coatings, scraping, etc.)
- Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies
- Handle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions
- Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets high-quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
- Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types
- Strong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeter
- Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces

- Based in Landover, MD and surrounding area
- Requires at least two weekends of work per month
