About the role

Join Barclays as a Gap ECM Marketing Lead, AVP, where you will play a key role in driving engagement and marketing effectiveness across strategic campaigns. You will support the development and execution of integrated engagement campaigns, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated engagement campaigns, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business targets.
• Collaborate on campaign strategy, coordinating key programs and priorities, providing creative direction and oversight, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Maintain end-to-end guidance of campaigns from development of business requirements and offer selection/optimization through execution, fulfillment, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and help deliver compelling, targeted communications that strengthen stakeholder engagement and support overall business growth.

Requirements

• Experience with Marketing, credit card products, or related financial services.
• Developing strategic recommendations on key business targets to achieve growth targets surrounding onboarding of new customers, drive benefit reinforcement, and/or spend.

Qualifications

• Confirmed ability to guide multiple priorities simultaneously, ability to identify issues in advance.
• Understand roadblocks and work within the organization to identify and implement solutions.
