Gameday Merchandise Associate | Highmark Stadium

About the role

We are looking for a Gameday Merchandise Associate to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. The stadium, which will open in the 2026 NFL season, is the new home of the Buffalo Bills and features state-of-the-art technology designed to enhance the fan experience.

Responsibilities

• Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of amount owed.
• Collects the proper money for transaction; processes credit card or collects cash and determines correct change for guests.
• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
• Provides customer service to guests by being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products available for purchase.
• Ensures that all fixtures are clean, stocked, and tidy to deliver a full service.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed.
• Absorbs the correct close down procedure: all areas of the store are to be left clean, tidy, and secure, ready for the next day’s service.
• Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory as needed.
• Provides guidance to inclusive of retail options and general information.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness of areas, guest areas, and counters.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.
• Assist in opening and closing duties including set-up, breakdown.

Compensation

Competitive salary starting at $17/hour, plus 7% commission.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 25-50 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
