Gameday 50/50 Raffle Gameday Seller- Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund

Duties And Responsibilities

• Approach fans before and during the game to promote the 50/50 Raffle Program.
• Clearly explain raffle details, rules, and Impact Fund initiatives.
• Accurately handle the sale and distribution of tickets and credit card transactions using handheld sales devices and follow all program requirements.
• Work to meet and/or exceed individual and team designated sales goals per game.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or credit card processing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable use of handheld technology and point-of-sale devices.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging in large crowds.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Availability Requirements

• Must be available for all Chargers home games during the 2026 season.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable navigating stairs and large stadium environments.
• Reliable transportation to SoFi Stadium (Inglewood, CA).

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Schedule

Schedule: 2026 Chargers Game days only (including preseason and playoffs, if applicable)

Benefits

This is an at-will position with no guaranteed minimum hours. Role includes performance-based incentives tied to individual and/or team sales targets.
