About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and driving engagement through strategic content creation and community management.Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company’s website.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
