Game Night Staff (Part- Time)

Join the Golden State Warriors Game Experience team for the 2026-2027 season and be part of the production behind every home game. This part-time, onsite role in San Francisco, CA offers a unique opportunity to contribute to game-day activations while working alongside a dynamic sports and entertainment organization.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, organize, and break down game day activities
• Assist with Warriors TV pre-game show
• Execute contests and promotions during time-outs and quarter breaks
• Prepare props, prizes, thunder sticks, t-shirts, flags, and other game-day items
• Collaborate with Group Sales on prime time entertainment, National Anthem bookings, flag presentations, and halftime performances
• Partner with Warriors talent (Dub Squad, Warriors Dance Team, Blue Crew, Jr. Jam Squad, Hardwood Classics, DJs, and in-arena emcees)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent and engaging interpersonal skills
• High energy, strong detail orientation, and superior work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive interaction with internal/external staff, fans, and clients
• Professionalism around high-profile individuals
• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk multiple flights of arena stairs
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

Schedule

• Majority of home games from October through April, with potential postseason games
• Non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the Warriors home schedule
• Minimum availability: 25% of home games (additional postseason and Golden State Valkyries events may be available based on performance and availability)
• Typical game nights: Arrive ~2 hours before tip-off; stay ~30 minutes post-game

Pay

$20.00 per hour
