Job Summary

The Game Help Staff assists in the operation of athletic events, including ticketing, public address announcing, and scoreboard operation. They assist spectators and officials, identifying and communicating any issues to the game manager.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in ticketing operations
  • Announce public addresses during events
  • Operate scoreboards as needed
  • Identify and communicate issues to the game manager
  • Create a welcoming environment for attendees
  • Maintain professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • $17 per hour
  • Experience with event management and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of sports terminology and rules
