About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at HiredBuddy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly preferred, ideally within a staffing agency or corporate HR setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous. Responsibilities The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to: Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.Collaborating with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.Maintaining a robust candidate database and pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.Providing a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.Tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
