Game Day Production Crew

Responsibilities

• Aid in the setup, operation, and breakdown of all gameday production equipment.
• Operate various production elements during live games, including replay, graphics, audio, and camera feeds.
• Support the execution of in-game entertainment, promotions, and special presentations.
• Perform pre-game checks and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a high-quality broadcast and in-arena presentation that enhances the fan experience.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support gameday operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in live event production, audio/visual setup, broadcast operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and operate various production equipment.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
• Must be available to work most Stingrays home games.
• Able to climb a ladder, stand for extended periods, and work in varying light and sound conditions.
• A passion for sports and live entertainment, particularly hockey, is a plus.
