About the role
As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you will be part of an energetic and diverse community dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Our resorts offer a range of positions including ski instructors, lift operators, food service staff, and more.Responsibilities
- Engage in customer service to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
- Operate ski lifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages to guests and fellow employees.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as operating heavy machinery and standing for extended periods.
