Compensation varies based on years of experience, county of employment, and educational qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee classroom activities, adhering to standards set by the GA Department of Early Care and Learning and aligning with the objectives of the current GA Pre-K Curriculum
- Create a nurturing and positive environment for children and their families, fostering strong bonds and supporting comprehensive development
- Design and execute learning experiences encompassing physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress and tailor the curriculum to meet individual needs, including those with disabilities
- Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure and clean environment by adhering to strict procedures for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision
