About the Role
As a GA Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will oversee classroom activities, adhering to standards set by the GA Department of Early Care and Learning, and aligning with the objectives of the current GA Pre-K Curriculum. Your role involves creating a nurturing and positive environment for children and their families, fostering strong bonds and supporting their comprehensive development.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute learning experiences that encompass a broad range of developmental areas including physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress, tailoring the curriculum to meet the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities.
- Uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and clean environment by adhering to strict procedures for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision.
