Principal Accountabilities
- Coordinate efforts with different functional groups both within the area of responsibility and other areas of the location.
- Aid in the oversight, contribution to, and support of the trainings and development activities for employees of the location.
- Assist the Location Management team with the Annual Action Plan, Capex, and administration of established policies, procedures, and processes.
- Contribute to, and support daily routine and improvement management activities, including identifying best practices, and act as a change agent to help achieve higher levels of results within the assigned location by utilizing and implementing improvement processes.
- Oversight, contribution to, and support of all safety activities.
Qualifications
- A four-year college degree in Business-related disciplines such as Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Management, and other related fields.
- Recent university graduate who has recently completed or is in the process of completing a degree before the program starts.
- Preference for experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with a working knowledge of scrap processing methods and techniques (though not required).
- The ability to train people and serve as a coach to employees will also be advantageous.
- Solid presentation abilities combined with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within North America during the length of the program.
