What the role involves Complete our structured training program covering currency market fundamentals, risk management, and trading strategyTrade with a funded account, with funding levels that can scale up to $400,000 based on demonstrated performanceSet your own hours and trading scheduleOperate independently, developing your own trading decisions and approach over time How Compensation Works This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly job, and there is no base pay. Compensation is a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, paid out based on your trading performance. Profits are never guaranteed, and this role carries real financial risk: if your trading is not profitable, you earn no income from it.
