FWS Student Asst - Health HR
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize electronic personnel and departmental records.
- Aid with data entry and tracking spreadsheets.
- Monitor shared HR inboxes and route inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Aid with scheduling meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
HR Projects and Reporting
- Assist HR staff with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Compile data for HR metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Aid with audit preparation and compliance documentation.
Customer Service and Support
- Provide professional customer service to employees, managers, applicants, and visitors.
- Respond to routine HR-related inquiries and direct individuals to appropriate resources.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and organizational information.
Qualifications
- Actively enrolled USF student for the 2026-27 academic year with FWS award for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
