FWS Post Athletic Game Operations

About the role

Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of athletic events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competition venues by setting up scorer’s tables, team benches, chairs, signage, game equipment, water stations, and hospitality areas.
• Support game-day operations during events.

Requirements

• Must be an LIU student enrolled in an active degree program.

Pay

NYS minimum hourly rate.

Schedule

• Flexible hours based on athletic event needs.
• Maximum of 17 hours per week.
• Period of employment: August 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027.

Evaluation

Performance will be evaluated by the Game Operations staff based on attendance, punctuality, reliability, professionalism, initiative, teamwork, and successful completion of assigned game-day responsibilities.
